I bought a new camera and received a used camera on 10/30/07. The camera and all the accessories were not packed in the original way. The power cord and USB A/V cable were dusty. The battery case was missing. The original plastic protection sticker on the LCD screen was missing. I called the customer service center many times and sent email too. I could not find anyone to help me to solve this problem. each of them purt my call on hold to another person or just hung up on me. Please do not buy from them again.
