Stop TVs Depot From Doing Business

Ordered a "Brand New, Factory Sealed" Casio camera from TVs Depot. I paid $117 plus shipping and received a USED REFURBISHED camera. Paid $13 to return it.

Replacement camera was another USED REFURBISHED one. Paid $13 to return it.

Customer service lied many times saying that I would received my "Brand New, Factory Sealed" camera.

It is now 2 months later and the company credited my money back. This was minus 15% for RESTOCKING FEE!! I got $89.46 out of $117. Well, 85% of $117 is $99.45.

A manager, Reggie Walker, said I only get this amount because of shipping. He said he would talk to the Billing Manager and reinstate my order to get me a new one. THAT'S ALL I EVER WANTED!!!!

Bottom Line - I lost $62.54 to this company FOR NOTHING.

BIGGEST RIP-OFF COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.

I don't know who to turn to. HELP!!!!
