TVS Depot - Fraudulent agents

My advice to anyone buying online would be be to stay away from TVSDepot. I ordered camera from them with 3day shipping costing $168.99 total- I noticed that they charged $178.99 on credit card and shipped after 16days, shipped a refurbished camera of cheapest model and getting partial refund is a nightmare and they got me to do lot of paperwork, will not take responsibility of the delay or wrong shipment.
I would say these people fruadulent people and will cause you all the heartache, so I would strongly suggest that you do not buy anything from these people, however attractive their pricing looks because they will get you from the different angle.
