TVsDepot misleads in website

I ordered a Yamaha SW315 subwoofer from the TVsDeport website which clearly stated;
* All of our products are authorized to be sold in the USA.
* All our brand new products come with full manufacturer USA warranty.
Immediately after placing the order I received a call to confirm the details of the order, and an offer of an extended warranty, which I declined. He then told me that I had ordered an "International" version that came with NO warranty. I tried to cancel the order, but the then said he would substitute the US version. To date, the unit has not been shipped, though my credit card was charged.
